How much does shipping cost?

1370 Collective offers free standard shipping on all purchases above $49 with options for expedited services if they are available for the items and location in your checkout.

What are your delivery times?

Estimated Shipping Times:

Domestic Standard shipping, 3-8 business days
Domestic Expedited shipping, 2-3 business days
Domestic Express shipping, 1 business day

Where do you ship?

1370 Collective ships to all 50 states and abroad to select countries. 

International purchases will not be eligible for free shipping or returns. Returns are still accepted, but the customer will be responsible for shipping the items back to 1370 Collective warehouse.

When will my order ship?

All products in our catalog include an estimated processing time, but note that processing can vary based on how your item is filled, the size of your purchase, and other factors.

Our business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 1:00 PM EST are processed same day. While no shipment timeframe is guaranteed, we do guarantee we’ll process all orders as fast as we can.

What is your return policy?

Items over $15 can be returned for a period of 30 days after the date of purchase. Items under $15 are ineligible for returns.

The item must be unused in its original condition, including packaging and tags, in order to qualify for our returns policy.

A $4.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of the prepaid shipping label.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your refund.

You will be notified via email once the return has been processed.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Other Terms

We reserve the right to require and electronically capture consumer information from a valid state or government ID for all returns/exchanges.

We maintain a database of consumer return activity created solely for the purpose of authorizing returns and exchanges.

We do not sell the information captured through this process.

We also reserve the right to limit returns/exchanges made with or without receipts for any reason.
